Java Teak Outdoor Deckwood Plank
Java Teak wood is particularly valued for its durability and water resistance. It is used in boat building, exterior construction, veneer, furniture, carving, and turnings. The teak is processed and cut into planks of random length, which, in turn, are used in deck planking by swimming pools, or applied as cladding to building exteriors and ceiling interiors.

IPE, also known as ironwood, is found predominantly in Brazil. It is an extremely dense (it sinks in water) fire resistant hardwood and, thus, highly suitable as planking for outdoor decks. PU coating or periodic oil treatment will preserve its character and longevity.
